EL SUEÑO DE LA RAZÓN. Este blog gira alrededor de una serie de dibujos que comencé en noviembre de 2006, que toma su nombre del Capricho 43 de Goya. Junto con los dibujos, acompaño un conjunto disperso de fotografías, textos -propios y ajenos-, música, ilustración y cine, cuya unidad interna viene dada por el leitmotiv “El Sueño de la Razón produce monstruos”. Un uso de la razón que no de cuenta de todos los factores de la realidad, termina, de una forma u otra, por deformar ésta. THE DREAM OF REASON. This blog revolves around a collection of drawings that I began in November 2006, which takes its name from Goya’s Capricho 43. I have attached to the drawings a scattered selection of photographs, texts -both of my own and of others-, music, illustration and cinema whose inward unity comes from the leitmotiv "The Dream of Reason produces monsters".
